Cancellation before shipment

In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded within 24-48 business hours after the cancelation request has been duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment

We do not accept cancelations of post-dispatch orders.

How will I get refunded for canceled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancelation prior to shipment, we shall process the refund within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the cancelation request.

In the event of cancelation, once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is returned, we shall process the refund once the goods have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • In the case of payments made by credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide an easy-to-use refund option through Zicoins, which can be used during future purchases.

What if I used discount vouchers or zicoins during the time of payment and had to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and are to be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

If you redeem Zicoins for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.
