Process of Shipping & Delivery

• When your order is handled by our program, the items are carefully tested to make it flawless.
• We are handed over to our trusted distribution partner after completing the final round of quality assurance.
• The order will be delivered to you by our distribution partners as soon as possible. If you can not reach your address or at the right time, you will be contacted in order to resolve your problem.

How are the items packed?

We pack our products in boxes that are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packed in a bubble wrap, while fragile items such as bottles are secured securely with additional bubble wrap.

What is the range of locations to which Zithara ships its products?

Zithara ships all over India on the basis of available pin codes with our partner network

What is store pickup?

The items ordered will be made available at the designated pick-up stores within 48 hours of the successful payment, you will be informed of the status of your package before you pick-up at the store.

My order has already been shipped. How can I track it now?

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the details of the tracking number and the courier company processing your order.
• You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

What’s the estimated delivery time?

Most orders are normally shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Any delays will be informed via email
