Return Policy

You may request the return/exchange of the product within 2 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns where you can request a return for one or all of the products in your order.

Please follow the procedure below to place a successful return request

  • Contact our Customer Support Team by email ( within 2 business days of receipt of the order.
  • Please provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Please email the image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • We’ll pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will only initiate the refund or replacement process if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, barcodes, etc.

When it is a replacement situation, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In cases where a replacement may not be available, you will be refunded the full amount.

Returns shall not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged by misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if the original packaging has been damaged.
  • The serial number is being tampered with.
  • Defective products not covered by the warranty of the seller/manufacturer
  • Product is used or modified
  • If the request is initiated after 2 business days of delivery of the order
